Welcome to Paipir Primary school, a primary school located in Pader District, northern Uganda. Paipir Primary teaches over 1,000 students from all over Pader and neighbouring districts.

Of Paipir's 1,000 pupils, 200 are disabled students and require special aid. Many of these students are housed at the school to receive education they may have otherwise not obtained.

Our goals are to facilitate the deaf and the blind, and embrace them in the primary school curriculum. We seek to equip the students with special needs with the key skills necessary for life’s long journey. At Paipir, we actively work towards demystifying deafness and “break the silence” by using extensive sign language and other corrective measures.
